Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were large, clean, and modern, providing a cozy space with a bedroom en suite, lounge, and kitchenette. However, the absence of ironing boards and irons was a bit inconvenient. The service was exceptional, with staff being professional, genuine, friendly, and always ready to assist. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to Knysna waterfront, offering plenty of dining options and shopping. The dining experience was excellent with a variety of options to energize the body before exploring Knysna's attractions. Overall, a great value for the money spent.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing! The rooms were wonderful, luxurious, and spotless. I loved having 2 balconies, a living area, kitchenette, bathroom, and bedroom. However, the shower was a bit tricky to use, and there was water everywhere. The location was perfect, only 2 minutes' walk to the waterfront with all the great restaurants nearby.
